In addition to the many appointment types available in clinic, you can now use the form below to secure home visits for the following appointment types: Canine Vaccinations, Feline Vaccinations, Itchy Skin / Ears, Itchy Skin Injections, Lameness / Sore Leg, Dental Check-ups, Senior / Aging Pet Check-ups, Arthritis Injections e.g. Beransa or Solensia, Cartrophen Injections, Quality of Life Discussions and Euthanasia at Home.
Please note, our home visits are charged differently to appointments in clinic, and also incur a travel fee determined by your driving distance from our practice. One of our friendly team will inform you of the price when they phone you to confirm the booking and take pre-payment.
